It seems like John Estrada found the person he will live with for the rest of his life. After his marriage with Janice de Belen failed and his relationship with Vanessa del Biance faded, he found true love in the arms of Brazilian beauty Priscilla Meirelles. They married and have a young child together and are now living in a luxurious private residential estate in Cavite.

The place is Orchard Residential Estates Golf and Country Club located in Dasmarinas, Cavite. This is where they’re making their dreams come true to build a family and spend quality time together.

Modern Family Home

He recently shared photos of his home to the public and got everyone at awe with how lavish the house is. This is his vacation home which he also shares with his friends whenever he holds get-togethers. The house boasts of huge bedrooms and features a modern theme. What sets the house apart is the presence of a swimming pool and beautiful views of the golf area and vast lands. The swimming pool is just envy of many since a lot of people like to dip in the water. They can use this whenever they’re at home from work where they can just lounge all day, pig in some foods, and relax.

Fruits of Labor

John Estrada has been an actor for a couple of decades now that he was able to save for this kind of luxury. He sure did manage his finances well so he can provide for his family. Priscilla, his wife is also a celebrity so she may be earning too. Their house is presented in neutral colors. John, Priscilla, and daughter Anechka took photos inside their living room and the second floor.

Guests are welcomed to the swimming pool through their large glass door. It’s also one of the areas in the house where they can take a peek to the orchard and golf course. The Estradas like to welcome their guests in this area. Aside from the swimming area, John posted a photo of his wall where there are family memorabilia. This must be a sentimental spot for him because it holds many proofs of good memories in their family.

The house also has a huge master’s bedroom for the couple. This bedroom is where a huge window is located. It’s where the couple looks outside at the greens and the golf course in their alone time. Anyone with a large master’s bedroom with spectacular views is sure to come home as soon as they can.

John also posted bonding moments between him and his daughter inside their home. He mentioned that he misses his kids with former wife Janice but realizes that they’ve grown up and won’t be seeing them as much as he likes.

Away From Their Vacation House

They took the time off their busy schedules and went to Boracay to celebrate their 8^th wedding anniversary some months ago. They also took the chance to celebrate their daughter’s 7^th birthday. He shared that they’ve been together for 11 years and married for 8 years. He added how blesses he is and thanked God for making this possible and Priscilla for being a wonderful partner.

Indeed, there’s a lot to thank for when you have a successful career, a home, a family, and good times with the people you love. John Estrada is one lucky man. Let’s all wish him a forever love with Priscilla this time around.

Getting sick is expensive. What more if the doctor says that you need to undergo a surgical procedure? Even a simple surgical operation would cost a considerable amount of money. Good if you have a health insurance or a member of PhilHealth. Otherwise, you have no choice but to spend money from your pocket.

For the less fortunate people, it would be difficult to look for money to fund the surgical procedure. Good news for the constituents of Barangay San Antonio, Pasig because the barangay council must find a way to help them.

Recently, the barangay chairman of San Antonio, Pasig signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Victor Potenciano Medical Center, Inc (VRPMC). Cited in the agreement is giving opportunity to indigent constituents of the barangay who need to undergo surgical operations free of charges. Surgical operations that cost between Php200,000 to Php500,000 will be given free. This means that the qualified constituents have nothing to worry about the medical expenses.

According to barangay chairman Thomas Raymond Lising, indigent constituents can’t afford to fund expensive surgical procedures. To help the residents get the procedure they need, the barangay council has come up with such a project. Outpatient and inpatient surgical services include gallbladder diseases and gallstone, acute appendicitis, thyroid goiter, and other types of tumor.

The primary beneficiary of the program are the seniors, indigents, and PhilHealth/non-PhilHealth members. The program is a great help to the residents of Barangay San Antonio, Pasig. All they must do is to approach and inquire the barangay council or with the Victor Potenciano Medical Center, Inc. how they can avail the program.

Good job to the head of office of Barangay San Antonio, Pasig for initiating such a project. It won’t only help the residents but also saves life by getting free surgical operation. It is the best way to use the Internal Revenue Allotment that the barangay receives from the national government. {via}

John Lloyd’s French Mediterranean Architecture Family Home

John Lloyd Cruz is one of the most bankable stars on TV and movies before his showbiz hiatus. It’s no wonder that he was able to save up and purchase a magnificent home in a posh subdivision in Antipolo. The actor wanted his house to be casual but elegant so he opted to have a structure with a French Mediterranean appeal and for the interiors, he wanted American design. He had Architects Danny Lucas and Roland Andres to work on the design on his mind. The property sits on a 1,100 sq. m. property.

Facade

When you look at the house from the outside, it’s imposing and grand. It’s inspired by the homes in L.A. There’s an archway at the porch entrance and Italian marble was used for the exterior of the house.

Outdoor Area

There’s a koi fish pond which gives a relaxing welcome as you approach the main door. The family loves this area and even the actor spends time feeding the fish.

Front Door

As guests enter the main door, they will notice the high ceiling which gives the area a touch of elegance and grandeur. The staircase on the left corner leads to the owners’ bedrooms.

Wooden floors were used in the area. It also features cove lighting and an oversized customized clock hangs over the door and which was bought from Arte Espanol. The walls beside the main door have brocade pattern wallpaper while the other walls had been painted with grayish-green.

Powder Room

The powder room is located under the staircase. It has top-notch fixtures as can be seen in hotel rooms. There’s an elegant flower arrangement under the sink top and warm lighting was used.

Dining and Kitchen Area

The dining area was unfinished yet during the photoshoot. It has a ten-seater dining table made from narra. It was bought from Linea Furniture and Murray Feis chandelier hangs over the dining table.

The kitchen is one of the favorite spots of John Lloyd. He loves eating breakfast in the area by the window. The area is spacious and the marble-top island can be made into an improvised dining area. Aglo marble was used for the floors and Red Beech veneer was used on the ceiling.

The area has top-of-the-line fixtures, accessories, and appliances. The cabinets have a self-closing system.

Lanai

Right outside of the dining area is a lanai where there’s an eight-seater dining table that can also serve as a holding area while the dinner is being prepared. The area can also be used for casual dining or simply enjoy a coffee and cookies.

Swimming Pool

The pool has an infinity sign on the tiled flooring as suggested by a Feng Shui expert. This is to counter bad luck. The construction of the pool wasn’t part of the original plan but John Lloyd changed his mind.

Guest House

The property is spacious so a guest house was also constructed. It measures 80 sq. m. which has a living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.

Lounge Area

This spot is where the actor can spend some time alone when he doesn’t have a busy schedule. There’s a bathroom outside this area where guests can also go to. It has first-class fixtures and won’t be left behind by the other parts of the house.

Outdoor Area

There’s a statue which is a replica of Venus de Milo. John Lloyd calls the statue Amanda. This gives a European feel in the outdoor area.

There’s a new tourist attraction now that made tourists flock a village in Dupax Del Norte in Nueva Viscaya. Along the national road, you can view the magnificent sea of the clouds. It’s a breathtaking view that the tourists are having a great time just viewing it. The netizens who have been to the place attest to the mesmerizing view and some of them have even posted photos of the enchanting phenomenon. You will absolutely be in awe as you see the clouds touching and covering the mountains.

Mark Arcelona shared the photos on his Facebook account, saying that it’s too wonderful to look at the beauty of God’s creation. Km. Post 0466 along the highway is the best spot to be able to witness the sea of clouds Furthermore, he said that when people feel stuck or down, just look up at the sky because you’ll realize that everything can change.

He also said that it’s so nice to chill while enjoying a cup of coffee while viewing the phenomenon. He also reminded the tourists to clean up their mess as they leave and avoid leaving their garbage behind.

Tagaytay and Tanay also have this kind of scenery. Tourists have also been going to Mt. Ulap in Benguet because of this sight and according to the travelers, the view here is one of the best.

Ryzza Mae’s Beautiful Contemporary Home in Quezon City

Almost everyone knows Ryzza Mae Dizon of the longest running noontime show, Eat Bualaga. The then little girl became famous after winning the Little Miss Philippines title on the show. Many fans fell in love with the girl’s extra ordinary wittiness. She exuded an intelligence and smartness which was not usual for her very young age then. Ryzza Mae was given her own talk show, The Ryzza Mae Show because of her wittiness. She was able to buy two cars and a house for her family in just a few years. Her family now lives in a contemporary home in Quezon City.

Ryzza Mae’s mother, Rizza, was the one who found the beautiful house. The house was unfinished when they bought it and Rizza was the one who decorated it. She would go to different furniture stores daily and anyone who would see their house can say that Ryzza Mae’s mom has a good taste when it comes to decorating a house.

Living Area

The living area has a gray colored sectional sofa. There’s a flat-screen Tv and underneath is a console table. Beside this is a glass shelf where the trophies are displayed. This is filled with natural light because of the glass doors and floor to ceiling glass walls.

Dining Area

The mother and daughter have a quite funny story about the dining table. Rizza bought a rectangular table but Ryzza Mae wanted a round one because for the little girl, a rectangular table is very common.

A mirror hangs behind the dining table and underneath is another console table where the photos of Ryzza Mae and her family are displayed. The promo picture of her movie with Vic Sotto, Bimby Yap, and Kris Aquino, “My Little Bossings” is also displayed on the console table.

Kitchen Area

There’s a cute kitchen a few steps from the dining room. As show on the picture, the cupboards and cabinets are in dark brown paint and mosaic tiles were used on the walls underneath the cupboards. There’s a huge gas range.

The white countertops hold the microwave oven and the stainless steel dish rack. The area also has an island that can be used when preparing ingredients for cooking or simply enjoy a light meal.

3^rd Floor Living Area

The house has another living area located on the third floor. It is a perfect spot for the private bonding moments of the family. There’s a simple seating piece which has throw pillows. Natural light streams in through the glass walls.

Nathan and Nicole’s Bedroom

A kiddie bedroom on the third floor is for Ryzza Mae’s siblings, Nathan and Nicole. The room is spacious and the kids have their own bathroom. During the time that the photos were taken, Nicole’s bed has a Tweety Bird bed sheet and Nathan’s bed has a Spiderman spread

Ryzza Mae’s Bedroom

Typical of most girls her age, Ryzza’s room is painted with pink. Her room is very cute. She has a built-in bed which has a pull-out bed where her siblings can lay when they want to sleep with the child star. It has a green carpet and the cabinets are painted with yellow.

She has a battery-operated pink car in the room which was a gift from the concert queen, Pops Fernandez. She also has a cute pink chair and a small white vanity mirror.

Her closets are loaded with her costumes and everyday clothes. She also has designer bags on top of her closet. These bags were given by her colleagues and fans.

She has her own bathroom and it’s quite huge. You can see pink mats including a Hello Kitty. There’s a bright green chair too which is used by Ryzza to reach the sink. photos via YES!

Do you remember the woman who made headlines in 1997 after giving birth to seven babies in Carlisle, Lowa? Her children were the first to survive multiple births. At that time, it was not a usual scenario. Bobbi McCaughey and husband, Kenny Sr., had their firstborn daughter in 1996. After her first pregnancy, Bobbi had a hard time getting pregnant again so they resorted to medical procedures. She was made to drink Pergonal; a fertility medicine. The medicine worked more than too well for her.

When Bobbi went to the doctor for her check-up, she was more than surprised to know that she was carrying 7 embryos. The doctor explained to her that there’s a risk that her babies would be born premature or would possibly have these conditions; brain damage, mental retardation, cerebral palsy, problems with motor & speech skills, and blindness.

This usually happens when a woman carries more than one fetus in her womb because won’t get enough nutrients. The doctors suggested terminating some fetuses to make sure that the ones selected to live will be normal and healthy. The McCaughey couple didn’t agree and because they firmly believe that God destined it to happen.

Fast forward to November 19, 1997, the then 29-yr-old Bobbi gave birth through C-section with more than 40 specialists operating. She had three girls and four boys and every one of them was born not more than ten minutes. They were born 9 weeks ahead of time so they spent some months in the hospital. Ethical issues surfaced after the birth of the septuplets and they became a media sensation.

No less than the President of America at that time, Bill Clinton congratulated the family and people started sending donations to help the family in their finances. They were given college education for free. Though the family wanted to avoid the spotlight, they allowed occasional appearances once in a while to ensure everyone that they are okay. Just recently, a netizen went viral on different social media platforms because of her weight loss story. She shared that her weight loss journey became a reality by eating Skyflakes only. EJ Curamen Sison admitted that she had a hard time in balancing her food intake and losing weight. This is more so because her mother supports her fondness for eating. She also shared that her condition had been giving her a hard time so she finally decided that it’s about time she becomes serious in losing her excess weight. She’s aware that being overweight might bring you diseases.

Sison did some research on weight loss but in the end, she chose to limit her food intake instead of going to the gym. One of the foods that she had chosen to eat while on her diet program is Skyflakes. She noticed that she feels full easily after eating this biscuit. She then decided to create a diet plan for one month and noticed some changes in her body.

She shared her journey on her Facebook account to serve as an inspiration to others who are on the same dilemma. Many netizens were able to relate to her story and some were amazed at how a simple biscuit can help in losing weight. She clarified though that the only food she stopped eating is rice and all the other foods she used to eat were just taken in moderation. She has also been eating oatmeal, banana, century tuna with egg, sweet potato with Skyflakes.

Ej made also clarification to avoid misinterpretation about her post;

“Gusto ko lang po maging clear para hindi ma mis-interpret ng nakakarami. Rice lang po ang tinanggal ko sa routine ko. Add ko pa yung mga sweets, and anything na mabilis makapag pataas ng timbang. Ni reduce ko yun lahat. As much as kaya kong tiisin, ginawa ko. Even juices, sodas, ni lessen ko. Im not a gym type of girl. May asthma po kasi ako. So nung na discover ko yang cracker diet, super thankful ako kasi nag fit naman sakin. Kumakain pa din ako ng ulam (without rice). Step by step ang ginawa ko. Skyflakes, oatmeal, century tuna with egg, kamote, saging, etc.

After a month, nakita ko n agad ang result. Kaya lalo akong naging motivated sa ginagawa ko. More on water ako that time. After 1 1/2 month, gumamit ako ng sauna suit (nabibili sya online). Day and night ang pag gamit ko. Kasi wala ako work that time ?. Ayun! After 3months of doing it, from 90kls, bumaba ang timbang ko sa 54kls. Nag maintain ako sa 60kls since hindi daw bagay sakin ang masyadong payat. Awa naman po ng Dyos, na achieve ko naman po ang timbang na gusto ko. No more hika this time. ?

Kaya sa mga balak mag try, I know you guys can make it! Wag lang po agad agad. One step at a time. Mahirap pag binigla mo. Baka mag react ang katawan mo, iba mangyari. Filipino Engineer who deisgned the “CUBO” Units wins Award abroad

A Filipino Engineer became another pride of the country for bagging the top prize at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors’ Cities for our Future competition. 23-year-old Earl Patrick Forlales is an engineer from Manila who brought home the top prize amounting to £50,000 or equivalent to Php3.3M for the low-cost housing design he made and can be constructed in 4 hours.

The “CUBO” design of the housing units are made from bamboo. They can be done in just a few hours and can be gathered together easily. The units cost Php3,000.00 only. So light on the budget, right? Fortales said that the units were designed to be a functional home and to turn the waste of the neighborhood into energy and other important resources.

The engineer further explained that he chose bamboo for the project because it releases oxygen more than 35% compared to trees. Bamboos can also be harvested without resulting in soil degradation. The bamboos are also laminated to keep the quality ten times compared to ordinary wood. He also said that his design will be the answer to the increasing rate of informal settlers in Metro Manila.

Another thing, the government’s program; Build, Build, Build will bring jobs to the construction workers. He said that they wanted to give the makers of high-rise buildings to have their own decent houses. He plans to use the prize for the model house he will present to investors. Fortales also plans to construct ten thousand units by 2023.

The engineer’s design is very timely with the ongoing environmental changes that are being conducted all over the world to fight off the effects of climate change. This will also help a lot of the informal settlers in the country so they will have a house to call their own.
