The DepEd (Department of Education), a branch of the Philippine government tasked to ensure that every student gets access to a good quality of education. They should also make sure that those belonging to the poor families get financial help to continue with their studies. This is where the SHS VP or Senior High School Voucher Program comes in. This will help the students in pursuing their dreams of getting a good education even if they aren’t well off in life most especially those that could hardly make both ends meet.

SHS VP (Senior High School Voucher Program)

This is a program of the DepEd which aims to give financial aid to qualified students who have finished Grade 10. This will help them financially so that they can study further and attend senior high school in state universities and colleges, local universities, and private schools that have the SHS program.

The DepEd is working with the PEAC (Private Education Assistance Committee) to ensure that the incoming SHS students will be able to study in their preferred school.
