How to obtain an Autosweep RFID or Where to get RFID
Getting an Autosweep RFID is free of charge and it can cover up to 5 vehicles in just a single account. Applying for Autosweep RFID is a lot easier.
Here’s how:
- At the official website of Autosweep RFID, you can download and print the form either for business or personal accounts
- Fill out the required information
- Prepare the required the documents and submit to temporary booth or installation site of Autosweep RFID
- Pay for the initial load of your Autosweep RFID depending on your classification
- The card will be activated within 12 hours, then you can use it
Basic requirements for RFID applications
If you will apply for an Autosweep RFID that you will use personally, you will need the following requirements:
- Official receipt and certificate of registration of the vehicle (OR/CR)
- Valid ID
For business use:
- Registration papers from the BIR
- SEC/DTI registration documents
- Valid ID of both the president of the company and its authorized representative
- Secretary’s certificate
- Vehicle’s OR/CR
How to enroll in Autosweep RFID Easytrip
If you intend to use the Autosweep RFID in NLEX, SCTEX, and CAVITEX toll gates, you will be required to register for an Easytrip account. Here’s how:
- Go to the nearest registration stations available
- Present your card to the Easytrip Services Corporation Point of Sale or ESC POS
- The ESC POS will check your card if the tag is working
- Fill out and sign the subscription form
- Pay the initial load of Php500
- The Easytrip account number will be attached on the Autosweep card
- Wait for 3 days activation period before you can use your Easytrip card
How to use the Autosweep RFID card and sticker
The scanner will read your sticker upon your car approaches the toll gates. Otherwise, the teller assigned in the toll booth will ask for your card. In case that your sticker can’t be read, you should report immediately to the customer hotline. The card is non-transferrable that’s why you can’t use your friend’s card. Likewise, you can’t lend your card.
It is important to check the balance of your card to avoid confiscation. If the net balance is Php100, you need to reload it to ensure enough balance. You can check it through SMS by following the given format, AUTOSWEEP<space>BALINQ<space>plate number of your car. You can also check the balance by using the official website of Autosweep RFID through the balance inquiry page.
