You will always hear that a parent’s love especially of a mother can never be underestimated. They can go far and wide just so they can give a better future for their children. They can endure anything to ensure that their families will be able to survive the daily hardships of life. A mother’s sacrifice recently surfaced on the net and gained admiration from the netizens. Nanay Eunice is a bus conductress since the age of 19 and until the time that she got married and had seven children.

Nanay Eunice’s husband is unemployed so she was the one who worked and provided for the family while her husband stayed at home and took care of the kids. In spite of the hardships she had encountered just to make both ends meet for the family, her eldest child graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

Her eldest wasn’t just able to graduate from the prestigious University with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in History but with honors too. The proud mother said that she felt like winning the lottery because of that achievement.

The mother’s sacrifice paid off and recalled how she had encountered a lot of dangerous incidents while working as a conductress. There were several times that bad people like snatchers and hold-uppers would ride in the bus and conduct their illegal activity.

Nanay Eunice said that she kept on praying to keep her and the passengers safe always. After all, what will happen to her family if something bad happens to her while doing her job? She also gave a piece of advice to fellow mothers; to make sure that they do everything to make their children get a degree. For the kids; that they study well and avoid getting too involved with friends. They should focus on finishing their studies first.
