The Civil Service Commission has conducted the Civil Service Exam on March 17, 2019. The examination was held in different testing centers throughout the country. The Civil Service eligibility is one of the requirements when applying for a job in the government.

There are two categories of the Civil Service Exam such as the Professional and Sub-professional.  Recently, the Civil Service Commission has released the results of the examination. The examinees can easily find their names by checking the list of passers per region for CSE-PPT Sub-Professional Level.

Civil Service Exam ratings

To know the exam ratings, the examinees can view it at the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System. The ratings are available within 15 days after the release of the official results.

Civil Service Exam Certificate of Eligibility

In the same manner, the CoE or the Certificate of Eligibility for both the Professional and Sub-Prof level will be issued 30 days after the release of the official examination results. The examinee should claim the CoE personally, otherwise, it won’t be released to a representative. In case the passer had moved to another place after the examination, you can request the CoE at the nearest field office or CSC regional office.

Make sure to bring the valid ID you had used when filing for the exam application. Be ready for additional documents that can help to establish your identity when claiming for the CoE. Bring the official application receipt issued by the CSC. Other documents that you may present is your birth or marriage certificate.

Claiming the Certificate of Eligibility is free of charge. That’s why you should be aware of some fixers that offer help in claiming your CoE.

Not all examinees were blessed to pass the Civil Service examination. Only a few were successful to ace the exam. It’s all worth it because the CoE will be the key to land a job in the government offices.
