Jodi Sta. Maria, whose career soared high after the Be Careful of My Heart ABS-CBN TV series has gone back to school and is now a Psychology student. The actress said that one of the reasons she took up the course is because she wants other people to be aware and give proper attention to their mental health. As such, she has also been giving tips for people to keep on going and keep themselves motivated despite the obstacles that might have been hindering them from achieving a peaceful state of mind.

One very meaningful quote from the actress is when she said that everything can be gone in the blink of an eye. This is why everyone should always be grateful for the life they have and the people around them because you will never be sure what will happen next. Someone you have just talked to yesterday might be gone today; nothing’s permanent.

Jodi said that people should who they needed when they were going through a tough time in their life and that people should always be reminded of how important they are. It’s also very important to trust what the Lord has planned for you and wait for the perfect time. When you pray for something and don’t get it at once or never at all, just go on praying and patiently wait for the Lord’s answer.
