Losing weight is not an easy thing to do especially if you’ve gained so much weight already. Most of the time, fat people would make it their New Year’s resolution only to break it in the end because it’s just so hard to keep from eating and getting your ideal weight. It’s hard to stay away from your favorite foods. Some people who gain too much weight because of stress eating. But no matter what the reason is, keeping fit is always advisable to avoid certain diseases.
Just recently, a netizen went viral on different social media platforms because of her weight loss story. She shared that her weight loss journey became a reality by eating Skyflakes only. EJ Curamen Sison admitted that she had a hard time in balancing her food intake and losing weight. This is more so because her mother supports her fondness for eating. She also shared that her condition had been giving her a hard time so she finally decided that it’s about time she becomes serious in losing her excess weight. She’s aware that being overweight might bring you diseases.
Sison did some research on weight loss but in the end, she chose to limit her food intake instead of going to the gym. One of the foods that she had chosen to eat while on her diet program is Skyflakes. She noticed that she feels full easily after eating this biscuit. She then decided to create a diet plan for one month and noticed some changes in her body.
She shared her journey on her Facebook account to serve as an inspiration to others who are on the same dilemma. Many netizens were able to relate to her story and some were amazed at how a simple biscuit can help in losing weight. She clarified though that the only food she stopped eating is rice and all the other foods she used to eat were just taken in moderation. She has also been eating oatmeal, banana, century tuna with egg, sweet potato with Skyflakes.
Ej made also clarification to avoid misinterpretation about her post;
“Gusto ko lang po maging clear para hindi ma mis-interpret ng nakakarami. Rice lang po ang tinanggal ko sa routine ko. Add ko pa yung mga sweets, and anything na mabilis makapag pataas ng timbang. Ni reduce ko yun lahat. As much as kaya kong tiisin, ginawa ko. Even juices, sodas, ni lessen ko. Im not a gym type of girl. May asthma po kasi ako. So nung na discover ko yang cracker diet, super thankful ako kasi nag fit naman sakin. Kumakain pa din ako ng ulam (without rice). Step by step ang ginawa ko. Skyflakes, oatmeal, century tuna with egg, kamote, saging, etc.
After a month, nakita ko n agad ang result. Kaya lalo akong naging motivated sa ginagawa ko. More on water ako that time. After 1 1/2 month, gumamit ako ng sauna suit (nabibili sya online). Day and night ang pag gamit ko. Kasi wala ako work that time ?. Ayun! After 3months of doing it, from 90kls, bumaba ang timbang ko sa 54kls. Nag maintain ako sa 60kls since hindi daw bagay sakin ang masyadong payat. Awa naman po ng Dyos, na achieve ko naman po ang timbang na gusto ko. No more hika this time. ?
