March 20, 2019 is the starting date of NLEX toll hike, It must be implemented long time ago but due to different discussion its been delayed. Meanwhile an additional P0.18 per kilometer based on the agreement.
NLEX Corporation said that they will include an additional rate of P6 following the completion of the NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10—as approved by the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).

The remaining P4 covers the first tranche of the approved periodic adjustments which should have been implemented a few years ago.
From Balintawak in Quezon City to Mabalacat, Pampanga, NLEX covers 84 kilometers. Additional rates for different classes or vehicles are listed below:
Open System from QC to Marilao End-to-End from QC to Mabalacat
Class 1: Ordinary Cars P10 P22
Class 2: Buses and Small Trucks P23 P56
Class 3: Large Trucks and Trailers P29 P67
The NLEX toll hike will be effective on March 20. These will be the new TRB-approved rates:
Open System End-to-End
Class 1 P55 P258
Class 2 P137 P646
Class 3 P165 P775
The Open System is where the flat rate will be charged per entry. These include interchanges and toll plazas Balintawak, Mindanao Avenue, Karuhatan, Valenzuela, Caloocan, Meycauayan, and Marilao.
