Meanwhile, a netizen named John Austin Perez shared on his social media what transformation he did in his bedroom to make it a bedroom and workspace in one.

“From a very crowded (at makalat) na room into INSTAGRAM WORTHY MINIMALIST room! Perfect to sa maliit na kwarto para mas maging spacious!” said John Austin on his Facebook post.

He shared the photo of the old and the new look of his room. It was previously a very crowded room filled with scattered stuff everywhere because John Austin was also busy. When his friends visit his place, they just sit on the floor as there is not enough space because many things just strewn everywhere.

Surprisingly, the room makeover is really incredible and very nice because it looks neat and organized. John Austin ordered a loft bed with stairs that have built-in drawers.

“I spent around P13,500 for the custom loft bed. This already includes the labor and the material. I spent around P5,000 for the repainting of the walls,” said John Austin.

The room makeover has allotted an office space below the raised bed that provides plenty of space inside the tiny bedroom.

John Austin cannot believe that for only 20 000 total money spent, he could transform his house into something that really looks awesome and work conducive.
