Kapuso action princess, Kylie Padilla is pregnant with her second child so she is not doing any teleserye for her home network as of now. But even if she’s on leave and resting, she wants to stay busy so she had decided to open an online ukay-ukay store where she sells her pre-loved items and also of her firstborn, Alas and husband Aljur Abrenica. Kylie created an Instagram account for her online store which she named, My Little Ukay-Ukay. The account has more than 18K followers to date.

The Kapuso star said that she opened the online store for her to learn how to run a business but eventually, Kylie discovered the real reason why she had been selling some of her pre-loved items. Just recently, the actress felt that she wants to make her life simple so she had decided to sell her expensive items.

Kylie said it’s about time that it’s about time she shares some of her things and be able to help others in doing so. She had realized that there was a time she was able to survive to live in her car with a bag of clothes only and so, the realization came that she has to downsize her life and dispose of the things that aren’t needed.

The former Encantadia star who played the role of Amihan further stressed out that she doesn’t earn big from the online shop but what’s important are the lessons that running the business has been giving her.

She’s learning a lot from the ups and downs of the business and knows that it will prepare her for bigger dreams and things in the future. Kylie had been selling different items in her online store such as old books, clothes, toys, and bags at drop-down price.

Her designer bag which was bought at Php18,621.00 is being sold at Php9,200.00 only. On the Instagram bio of her Ukay-Ukay online store, 10% of the earnings will be given to a chosen charity. {source}
