This guy grew up from a poor family. In fact, their house was a simple nipa hut and when rainy days come, there would always be leak all over the house. Growing up, he would always see his father make a blueprint for his 2-story dream house complete with a terrace. Randy N. Oliverio promised himself that when he gets a job, he will make his father’s dream house a reality. His father inherited the house located in San Antonio, Northern Samar from his grandparents.
Randy shared on his Facebook post that he made sure that he will build the house when he started working. His officemates told him that building a house in the province is not a wise move because he won’t get any ROI (return of investment) from that. They advised him to start a business instead so his money will earn.
But the good son that he is won’t be persuaded from doing what he had always wanted to do; build his dad’s dream house. He’s a Property specialist at Avida Land Corp. and from his income; he was able to save up for the construction of the house. He further narrated that when he was a young boy, he saw his father making a blueprint and layout of the house he had been dreaming of.
The family is very happy that the layout which they thought would just be a dream finally became a reality. Randy said that he won’t be worrying anymore that there will be leaks and the house will be filled with water. This story will surely inspire everyone. It only goes to show that no matter where you are in life, if you have the will and perseverance, you will achieve your dreams. This also shows that if you are good to your parents, blessings will come your way.
